Since Ansharf Estates was established in 2019, the company operates in a modern way to ensure people time and convenience are valued. At Ansharf Estates we understand finding the correct property to rent or buy can be stressful and tense, so we provide a multi-service to remove the burden from yourself onto us.
Ansharf Estates was built by four young individuals determined to get onto the property market. Whilst struggling to find an agency which caters all property services in one place, the young individuals decide to build an agency of their own, a year later Ansharf Estates was born.
The vision is to build an agency which provide a full comprehensive service to our clients regarding their letting, sales and property maintenance requirements. Building relationships with our landlords, tenants and contractors is the foundation to upholding this full comprehensive service.
As well as residential sales and mortgage services, Ansharf Estates includes Asset Management, Survey & Valuation and client profiling. We offer an innovative approach that operates long hours, 7 days a week.
We have a wide range of properties from housing in rural areas to flats in cities. Our portfolio of properties is continuously expanding, focusing on the needs and expectations of our clients.
